On October 6th, 2020 Imprint Canada published an announcement from Bodo Th. Boelzle, CEO of Amann & Söhne GmbH & Co. KG, indicating that Rubenstein RB Digital Inc. will succeed HFK as the exclusive distributor for the AMANN Group in Canada effective from January 1st, 2021. In publishing the announcement, Imprint Canada erroneously stated in the headline of the announcement that Rubenstein RB Digital Inc. would become the exclusive HFK Agency Inc. distributor in Canada for 2021 rather than the exclusive distributor for Isacord Thread in Canada effective January 1, 2021. The error in the headline was corrected on October 7th, 2020 to reflect the fact that there is no such distribution contract that ever existed between Rubenstein RB Digital Inc. and HFK Agency Inc. for 2021.
Imprint Canada also wishes to add that Rubenstein RB Digital Inc. did NOT purchase HFK Agency Inc.
