FABRIK&CO ACQUIRES MACARON

October 17, 2024 – Fabrik&Co, a Quebec-based company founded in 2013 by lan Ritchot and specializing in large-format sublimation printing, has acquired Macaron, a recognized player in the field of promotional lanyards and socks.

For over 40 years, Macaron has established itself as a trusted supplier in the Canadian market, offering invaluable support and exceptional customer service to distributors. Founded by the Petel Family, the company has distinguished itself by its expertise and commitment to quality.

This strategic acquisition will enable Fabrik&Co to benefit from Macaron’s know-how and experience in order to develop new markets and foster commercial synergies through cross-selling. This combination will optimize the company’s growth and strengthen its position in the Canadian market.

With an expanded range of customizable products, including socks and lanyards, Fabrik&Co will consolidate its offering and continue to better meet the expectations of distributors across the country.

The acquisition of Macaron Company does not result in any changes to operations, which will continue to follow the same processes and quality standards.
