Technosport, an S&S Activewear Company, Becomes S&S Canada

September 28, 2020 – Technosport, a leading wholesale distributor of apparel and accessories in Canada, has announced a new brand identity as a result of its acquisition last December by American wholesaler S&S Activewear. As of today, Technosport Canada will be known as S&S Canada.

“The new logo and branding mirrors that of S&S Activewear and will show the unity between both companies,” said Marc Vitulli, vice president of marketing at S&S Activewear. “This merging had already happened in so many areas behind the scenes; the new name and logo will make it apparent to the public.”

Both companies were already very similar in the way that they handled their business. They shared a family culture and common values focused on building strong relationships with their customers, vendors, and employees while providing superior customer service.

With Technosport’s rebranding, we are thrilled to move into the next phase of the acquisition,” said Jim Shannon, president of S&S Activewear. “Our companies and culture already mesh well together, so this was really the last piece of the puzzle.”

More great things are planned for S&S Canada in the next few months, including new brand additions and the outfitting of a recently acquired distribution centre in Calgary, which will further elevate S&S Canada’s status as a leader in the Canadian market.
