September 17, 2024 – Stahls’ Inc. is in the process of an internal reorganization of its Canadian business. As part of the reorganization, Stahls’ Canada ULC, and Stahls’ Inc. will transfer its assets related to the Canadian business to Stahls’ Canada ULC, including all agreements related to the Canadian business currently under the name of Stahl’s Inc., effective on September 1st , 2024. From and after the completion of the asset transfer, Stahls’ Canada ULC will assume all the rights and obligations of Stahls’ Inc. under its existing agreements with respect to the Canadian business.

Other than the change of business name to Stahls’ Canada ULC and business number to 810196469, the reorganization will have no impact on our existing business relationship. The same representatives will continue to work with you and perform all of the obligations of in connection with the ongoing agreements from and after September 1st, 2024.
