Escalona joins S&S this month with more than 20 years of commercial and operational leadership experience across Canada and Mexico. Most recently, he served as Vice President of National Field Sales at Bimbo Canada, where he led a national sales organization, and a large network of independent distributors, serving customers from different channels nationwide. Throughout his career, he’s built expertise leading national sales organizations, optimizing commercial operations, and aligning cross-functional teams to better serve customers and support business growth. brbr
