Fairware Receives Women’s Entrepreneurship Fund

June 4, 2019 – Fairware is excited to announce that it is a proud recipient of a $100,000 Women’s Entrepreneurship Fund, a government grant created to advance gender equality and women’s economic empowerment in Canada.

“We’re grateful to be part of a cohort of Canadian #womenentrepreneurs given the opportunity to grow our business and strengthen Canada’s economy,” the company posted on it’s Instagram page.

The grant, funded in partnership with Western Economic Diversification Canada, will be used to fuel expansion and build out Fairware’s U.S. operations. Fairware is North America’s leading distributor of sustainable and ethically sourced promotional merchandise, and as a founding Benefit Corporation (B Corp), the company brings emerging retail, consumer and sustainability trends to the forefront of promotional campaigns and product assortments.
