A leader in the embroidery equipment business is looking for a repair and service technician for various regions of Canada.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand the functionality of the entire suite of machinery and products.
• Schedule and provide quality on-site and off-site training to clients in order to provide thorough and comprehensive understanding of the products’ functionality and capabilities.
• Service and maintenance of customers’ equipment by travelling to the customers’ site.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Mechanically inclined with ability and experience to disassemble machinery, change parts and reassemble.
• Prior hands-on experience with technical, mechanical or electronic components is strongly preferred.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills is a must.
