Gildan Announces Resignation of Director Patrik Frisk

June 27, 2017  – Gildan Activewear Inc. announced today that Patrik Frisk, who had been appointed to the Board of Directors on May 4^th, 2017, has stepped down as director of the Company effective immediately. Frisk has accepted the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Under Armour, Inc., effective July 10, 2017.
